She is an external legal consultant in Cuba Counsel Corp. and in Consulting Cuba S.L.

She works as a Legal Advisor in Valcamti and Associates S.L.P, where she provides legal advising services in General Business Law, national and international contracting, and prevention in money laundering.

Yayma is also an advisor in labor, commercial and immigration issues at CE Consulting Economista S.L.

In Cuba, Yayma García worked as Corporate Legal Advisor of Copextel S.A., providing legal support to the national and international commercial negotiations and contracting, financial-banking relations and internal labor relations, as well as the firm representation in front of the Office of Trademarks and Industrial Property, the Treasury office and the Courts. Also worked as Lawyer of the State in the Ministry of Finance and Prices of the Republic of Cuba.

Yayma has a degree in Law from the University of Havana and has studies in Spanish Law for Foreign Jurists from the University of Alcalá (2015), in Commercial Law from the Foreign Trade Institute of Cuba, (2000) and in money laundering prevention (2014).
