He has a Degree in Business Economics (1998) from the University de Oriente, Cuba; has also studies in Business Management (2003) and Accounting (2013) at the University of Havana.

As Financial Advisor, has held responsibility positions in significant Cuban mercantile companies as Cubalse, Aerovaradero and CONAS.

Currently collaborate with the firm Ernst & Young as an independent consultant, and since 2015 is an independent consultant specialized in foreign investments in Cuba.
